Integrations 101

Integrations are the heart of Clove's platform. They allow you to link your customer service tools to our platform, which you can then bundle into your customer-facing hub. We always strive to make things as easy as possible, but there can be an upfront cost with getting an integration set up. Integrations are often low-effort once implemented.

Clove has many different types of integrations, as well as different providers, that you can use to build out your hub. This list of integrations grows over time based on the needs of our customers. So if you need an integration that's not available yet, reach out and we'll be happy to evaluate an integration.

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is arguably the central point of a customer hub. Your users can get self-service content through your knowledge base and will often have their questions answered without needing to reach out.

Support Request Management

Support requests, tickets, cases. Whatever you may call them, you're certainly aware of how important they are to your customers. You have the choice of integrating both the creation and management of support requests. What you put in your hub is up to you, though, so you can implement one without the other.

Incident Management

No one likes to have downtime, but it happens. Use this integration to alert your users to downtime incidents in your applications. You can often integrate an incident vendor through a JavaScript widget, but it can be advantageous to use Clove's built-in integration. With it, you'll be able to retrieve the current incident status through our API or notifications.
